All my sheaths have a drain hole molded into the bottom of the sheath for easy drainage/cleaning. This item features a thumb ramp to aid in drawing the blade. Every sheath is supplied with a formed kydex belt loop and steel hardware. The formed kydex loop can be mounted for either right- or left-hand draw, and vertical or horizontal sheath orientation. VCK sheaths are made from .080 high quality kydex. The stock photo in the picture is a representation of the sheath you will receive.
