The handle is made of non-slip Kraton G elastomer which provides excellent grip control during active use, a material nearly impervious to sweat, chemicals, water and wear. The blade has been flat ground to maintain strong edge retention and provide for easy sharpening even in the field. The overall length of this Kukri is 13 3/8" supporting a blade length of  8 1/2". The unique Kukri design maximizes strength at the point of impact and is powerful enough to slice through most tasks easily. The Kuri is made exclusively in Olean, New York U.S.A. and proudly stamped with the KA-BAR brand name. Kukri comes with a pouch front heavy duty polyester sheath with riveted leg lashing holes.
